I am a Visiting Assistant Professor in Accounting at the University of Iowa and will be joining Texas State University this summer. I received my Ph.D. from Boston College in 2024.

My research focuses on corporate governance and executive compensation, with particular emphasis on share pledging practices and shareholder engagement. I study how executives and shareholders interact through voting, engagement, and compensation mechanisms.

Beyond research, I develop open-source software in Julia for empirical accounting and finance research, enjoy running and watching sports.
